Privacy Policy
Xuong Dung Video ("the App") is an internal tool operated by NHAT Y FENGSHUI TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us"). It lets our own staff publish videos that we produce and store in our Google Drive to YouTube channels that we own or manage. The App is not offered to the public.
YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, set thumbnails and read the basic details (name, handle, avatar) of the channel you connect. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Information we access and collect
- Google account authorization. When a channel is connected, Google gives the App an OAuth refresh token limited to the scopes
youtube.uploadandyoutube.readonly. For our Google Drive, the App holds a token with Drive access so it can read our own video files. - Channel details. The channel ID, title, handle and avatar URL, so staff can choose which channel to publish to.
- Upload records. For each upload: the Drive file ID and name, the title, description, tags, privacy setting and schedule entered by staff, progress, the resulting YouTube video ID, and any error message.
We do not collect information about YouTube viewers, comments, subscribers or analytics, and we do not use any data for advertising.
How we use the information
Only to carry out uploads requested by our staff: read the chosen video from Google Drive, send it to the YouTube channel selected, apply the title, description, tags, thumbnail and privacy or schedule settings, and show the status of each upload in the App.
Storage and sharing
Tokens and records are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket in our own Google Cloud project, accessible only to our service account and administrator. We do not sell, rent or share this information with any third party. Video files are streamed from Google Drive to YouTube and are not kept on our servers.
Cookies
The App sets a single sign-in cookie to keep staff signed in. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not let third parties place cookies.
Retention and deletion
Upload records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Channel tokens are kept until the channel is disconnected in the App or access is revoked. You can revoke the App's access at any time from your Google Account security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked or a channel is disconnected, we delete the stored token and channel details within 7 days. Data obtained through the YouTube API Services that has not been refreshed is deleted within 30 days. To request deletion of any other stored data, email v.tran.hr@gmail.com and we will delete it within 7 days.
